My name is Doug and I live in Devon with my wife Danielle, our two young children Hugo and Margot, and our loyal hound Django.

I’m drawn to nature and have worked in Conservation as a Ranger for over a decade but I followed formal education down a route that culminated in a degree in design. Now I’m pulling these two aspects of my life together to produce quality leather goods inspired by our natural world.

My aim is to create heirloom standard goods from quality materials but at a lower price point achieved through considered design choices.

The majority of my work is made to order to ensure minimal waste and reduce costs. All of my work is made using veg tan leather which is tanned using natural ingredients (primarily oak and chestnut bark), this combined with years of holding, poking in your pocket, dropping, popping in your bag and sitting on will result in a product that will develop its own patina to become a truly unique item.
